The Incentive “Bavaria & Austria” lasted 3 days and aimed at one great intention: having fun together! And, of course, Croatian speaking guides from G.R.A.L. took great care of the 82 Croatians building constructors 24 hours a day.An underground dinner in a mine in Berchtesgaden was accompanied by Bavarian music and the cart-race in Munich was crowned with a presentation ceremony. At the Oktoberfest visit in the famous Schottenhammel tent the participants were even allowed to conduct the music band and thousands of people danced after their beats – a great success! The following day had a more contemplative frame with individual city tours in the evening of the program...
